We cater to all customers worldwide!

For UK deliveries orders will need to be placed by 3:30pm on working days (Mon-Fri) for item(s) to be shipped on the same day.

For International deliveries orders will need to be placed by 1pm on working days (Mon-Fri) for the item(s) to be shipped on the same day.

Once an item(s) has been ordered you will receive an order confirmation and be able to 'View your order'

Tracking information is automatically sent to you via email once an item(s) has been shipped. You can then track the order with the tracking information sent to you via email.

UK Delivery:

Standard Tracked (2-3 working days) But May Take Longer Due To COVID-19 - £5.00

Express Next Working Day Delivery (By 1pm Next day) - £7.99

For Express Next Working Day delivery orders needs to be placed by 3:30pm (Mon-Thurs)

Orders placed on Friday with Express Next Day delivery will not come until Tuesday 

Standard UK Tracked & Signed Delivery is FREE for orders over £50

European Shipping Rates:

Standard Tracked and Signed (within 3-5 working days)- £8.99

Standard European Tracked & Signed Delivery is FREE for orders over £85

Rest of the World Shipping Rates:

Standard Tracked and Signed (within 5-7 working days) - £11.99

Standard International Tracked & Signed Delivery is FREE for orders over £100

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, drop us an email at Contact@blessedindividual.co.uk to arrange a return. The item(s) must be in a saleable condition.

Please note no shipping costs for returns are covered by us. For exchanges, the replacement item will be sent free of charge.

The Customer must have proof of purchase and the return has to be within 10 days of receipt.
